I have got to stop reading women’s magazine articles or tips on how to have great phone sex. Its kind of like a train wreck, you know its going to be bad but you just can’t look away.  The other part is that I usually dissolve into hysterical laughter over some of the tips, which is a bad thing since the only place I usually read these magazines is in a waiting room of some kind when I forgot to bring my own reading material.  An hysterically laughing customer can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on what service they’re waiting for!

This time I was waiting to get my hair cut and I picked up a recent issue of a magazine that always offers “hot tips” of some sort on the cover.  These tips are notoriously bad, but well, see above.  This article was about spicing up your sex life with great phone sex. It started out by telling you (the girl in this case) to leave your lover hot messages through the day.  Okay, not bad, but maybe not while he’s in a meeting or an interview?  The theory being that he will be all revved up when he gets home and ready to ravish you.

BUT…..

The article then goes on to tell you to get him all comfy on the couch with his phone and then take your phone and go into another room, close the door and call him.  Telling him in detail what you are going to do to him.  HUH??!!!!

Trust me, that’s not how you have great phone sex.  I think someone entirely missed the entire point of phone sex on this one.  Believe me, if I had you in the same house as me, I wouldn’t be in the other room telling you what I was going to do to you, I’d be doing it!

Were you able to see the eclipse Monday night? I couldn’t as we were getting snowed on and the sky was clouded over. Its too bad as I was having a party for it. Actually I was having the party for the Solstice and that an eclipse was occurring was extra!

It was a great party even if we couldn’t see the eclipse. I hung mistletoe over the door for a kiss on entering the house. Nice way to welcome friends and get to know a few strangers! Lots of food and friends and wine to banish the spirits of darkness and bring back the daylight. Looking forward to having the days start to get long again.

Of course I had the hot tub going. I thought it would be a great venue to watch the eclipse from. Bubbling hot water, glass of wine, incredible natural phenomenon overhead. Just because we couldn’t see the eclipse doesn’t mean we didn’t use the hot tub!

I love stripping my clothes off on the deck in the snow. At first I think I can’t possibly do this, it sooo cold and am I crazy! I dare you! I peel off my shirt and the icy air hits my skin sending gooseflesh all over my arms and makes my nipples into sharp points. Then come the shoes and the snow melting under my feet as they come off. The jeans come off last and I let the cold air hit me all over for just a few seconds before I step in to the hot bubbling tub and feel my ice turn to liquid heat.

I took a little break last week with an unexpected jaunt to Las Vegas.  My LDR sent me a ticket to meet him and I hopped on down for a short time in the warm.  I had a lovely few days being indulged and indulging.  That’s one of the things about an LDR with a man who has other commitments.  Short intense times together, then send him off.  It does mean that we never spend holidays together, but he’s not the only one in my life so it works out just fine for me.  Besides, he’s way too intense to have around all the time, I’d have to bury him in a snowbank or something.

So now I’m back all rejuvenated and ready to catch up on web chores and such.  Skiing has been great and I’ve been spending most mornings on the hill and loving it after being laid up for most of last season.   That also has been cutting into my web chore time.  I know, I need to buckle down but I love being outdoors soooo much!  Web chores I have in mind is reworking my listing on Niteflirt with some new photos and recordings.  Gives you something to look forward to doesn’t it?  I know how popular my recordings are and I promise to get a couple more done and up for sale by New Years.
